Men's Fashion Trends, 2015

Gregory Maronde

Hey Fellas,

Sure, the days are slowly getting longer, but we're all still bogged down by the cold days of winter. To brighten up your day, let's take a look at men's fashion trends for 2015. While winter is keeping most of us indoors, the least we can  do is plan our spring/summer looks!

2015 is going to be a strong year for men's style. We're seeing timeless classics back as always, but even seeing some slight crossover inspired by women's design. One of these trends is print. Floral will abound when it comes to prints, but we're also seeing color blocked swirls and mosaic tiles. Then we have people like Jeremy Scott bringing us fun, whimsical prints that poke fun of iconic emblems from Moschino to Chanel.

One of the stand outs is color blocking with some loud pops of color. It's like we've emptied the crayon box! Though we're seeing these color pops, Pantone insists this year's colors for men are a bit more subdued and masculine. Greys, light blues, lighter browns, and foresty-y greens are all main wardrobe colors for this season. They offer a cool, masculine element with which these other color pops can play.

Not feeling so daring as to wear a louder print or color? No worries. Denim is still a strong favorite for men everywhere. Same with classic men's wear from the olden days; a crisp white shirt with a tailored jacket. If you're one of these timeless guys, it's all just about the fit!
